Executive - Online Sales (3-8 yrs)
Providing members with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process
- Capable to handle the member issues/ escalations effectively
- Handling the HFRP (Happy Family Reference Programmes)
- Generate multiple referrals from wide base of members
- Fixing of the appointments and ensuring that meeting with Sales team happens of the Referrals generated
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to members.
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image
- Intuitive to customers- needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Experience of 2yrs+ in customer service or sales
- Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
