Executive - Online Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job Description: We are looking for experienced sales professionals proficient in online and tele-sales. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, offering competitive incentives based on targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound/outbound leads into sales.
- Build relationships and close high-revenue leads.
- Manage accounts effectively and maintain CRM records.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in online/tele-sales or telemarketing.
- Proficient in spoken English; familiarity with e-commerce tools is a plus.
Interview Process:
HR Screening
Aptitude Test: Minimum 60% score required
Round 1 with a Team Lead
Round 2 with the Department Head
Psychometric Test: Minimum 40% score required
