Job Title : Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)

Job Description :


- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.


- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.


- Communicate with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.


- Assessing client needs and the company's ability to meet those needs.


- Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team.


- Preparing status reports on goals.


- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.


- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.


- Develop the opportunity and define the initial client value proposition, win plans, and opportunity strategy.


- Lead the targeting of unsolicited bids/proposals based on replicable wins to accelerate the progression of new opportunities


- Develop and maintain client relationships with executives and key influencers, in the IT and line of business organizations, based on a history of performance and credibility, earning a reputation as one of the client's trusted business advisors


- Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and apply a demonstrated, understanding of the client's business, organization, strategy, financial position, and business issues.


- Can create new business opportunities through existing and extended networks.


- Building new leads and presenting the potential of clients.


Job Specification :


- Having a minimum 1 Year of experience in a marketing/business development role in the IT field


- Having good fluency in English and should have strong communication skills


- Ability to handle pressure and meet the deadline


- Excellent time management and organizational skills
