Executive - Offline Sales - Hospitality (5-6 yrs)
Job Summary :
- As an Offline Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging potential customers through offline methods, such as face-to-face meetings, events, and networking. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and foster strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Meetings : Schedule and conduct in-person sales meetings with clients or potential customers to present product offerings, address inquiries, and close sales deals.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services and be prepared to provide detailed information to customers.
- Lead Generation : Generate leads through various offline activities, such as attending trade shows, conferences, networking events, and cold calls.
- Sales Process : Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
- Customer Relationship : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Market Insights : Stay informed about market trends, competition, and potential opportunities for new products or services.
- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and goals as set by the Sales Manager or company management.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and any required sales reports.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Offline Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Willingness to travel and attend events.
- Knowledge of relevant market trends and industry.
Education : Bachelor's in hospitality/Post Graduation in Hospitality
