Executive/Officer - Sales - Paint & Coat (5-9 yrs)
1. Consistent delivery of sales targets and new business generation.
2. Build, nurture and manage relationships with key decision makers at Customer's end, to identify, execute and deliver against specific opportunities and connect them with KPL's capabilities (products) resulting in new business. Frequent engagement is expected across multiple contacts in order to develop strong relationships that ultimately results in demand generation.
3. Robust pipeline of valuable opportunities aligned with regional market and business priorities.
4. Establish internal and industry relationships.
5. Complete and deliver market assessments for key opportunities in an effective and efficient way. Effective implementation of the process is key to delivering high quality output which will drive good business decisions.
6. Development of new user segment and increase the customer base in existing Segments
