Job Profile :
- Major work will be agency business development
- Getting new business, generating leads
- Team member roll, Team handling roll
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Monitoring agency performance, training, guiding them to achieve their performance
- Guiding and supporting the agents to clear the exams
- Relation building and servicing new agents
- Co-ordination with the company, superiors & agents to ensure all support is timely provided
- Tracking and recording performances
- Retention of Agents and Advisors by formulating their development plans
