Executive/Officer - Sales - Food (2-5 yrs)
Sales Executive / Sales Officer" with one of the leading food company for Delhi/Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales for the assigned region (Retail/Institutions/Modern trade/HoReCa).
- Responsible for increasing distribution in the region by outlet expansion.
- Responsible for Brand Promotional activities and building brand image.
- Responsible for appointment of promoters in the region.
- Enlistment of company's products in Modern Trade / Retail outlets.
- Responsible for pack wise penetration in the given region for all SKU's as per company policy.
- Responsible for competitor analysis and increase Retail market share of the company.
- Responsible for retail / HoReCa outlet performance.
- Liaison with inter departments of the company for smooth operation.
- Periodical review of sales team performance.
- Timely addressing of consumer complaints/issues/problems if any.
Desired Skills:
- Experienced in Modern Retail & Horeca FMCG Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent communication & Organizational skills
- Must Be Target Oriented & Team Player
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure.
Desired Experience : At least 2 -3 years of frozen food retail experience, preferably from frozen processed food company.

Reporting to : National Sales Manager
Salary: 23000/- to 26000/- per month + Travel allowances

- Doctorate : Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
