Executive/Officer - Business Development - Corporate Sales - Recruitment Firm (4-9 yrs)
Job Role :-
- Corporate Sales, Lead Generation & Making Proposals.
- Presenting Company Services and Negotiating Terms & Conditions.
- Main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
- Include presentations to HR (Human Resources) departments and will require meticulous planning and proposal writing.
- Responsible for increase sales of the company and acquire new corporate Clients in the specified industry Vertical / Domain.
- Business Development of company within Nagpur and surrounding regions.
- Adding new clients in current portfolio.
- Regular client interaction to acquire, retain and develop additional businesses with existing and new clients.
- Regular meeting & interacting with Clients for understanding various manpower requirements, their business, ongoing or upcoming openings and building professional relationship.
- Analysing Clients requirement and forwarding the same to the recruitment team for delivery.
- Handling escalations in recruitment assignments of clients ensuring quality services.
- Develop excellent working relationships with hiring managers & client to help meet their hiring objectives.
- SPOC for acquired Clients and working very closely with recruitment team to ensure timely delivery on given requirements.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Invoicing & Payment Follow up.
- Various analytical reports on business of client projects
