Executive - Multichannel Marketing (1-2 yrs)
The Omnichannel Specialist will be responsible for optimizing our business's online and offline presence. This evolving role will involve (but is not limited to) optimizing Google My Business and relevant profiles for all company locations, increasing the visibility of our store locations, driving walk-ins to our stores, and ensuring our website effectively reaches our target local audience. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, hunger to learn new things, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Implement new strategies to increase The Sleep Company
- Experience Store's visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the local market. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Launching, Managing and Auditing our Google my Business and other Business Listings
- Promptly coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including retail, marketing, analytics and tech, to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and Update proper documents for monthly reports. Monitor, analyze, and report on omnichannel performance using tools such as Google Analytics,
- Looker Studio, and other tools.
