- Ensure pre-pack is sent to each store

- Check on the pre-pack to understand the amount of sale in each category

- Based on that update the ARS as per store performance

- Analyze warehouse stock reports, sales reports to ensure timely availability of stock at stores

- Identify the articles to be listed and check if they- re listed

- Check if merchandise category, warehouse and stores are mapped appropriately

- Check for errors for unmapped or wrongly mapped articles

- Ensure all errors pertaining to mapping are resolved immediately to avoid delays

- Analyze store performance by sales/stock report analysis and send it to department head

- Visit stores on a weekly basis for shop floor audits & to ensure stock is appropriately arranged and their availability in the stores as required

- Curate business information: To be the definitive source of data driven insights about the business performance and generate analytics to understand sales and stock, SSPD, Stock turns, stock cover metrics across all channels.

- Order Tracking: Track and validate orders from the stores pan India and work to ensure the right stocking of products to avoid lost opportunity

- Data Analysis on the store wise gender mix, categories, styles and sizes and provide feedback to buyers for future buys.

- Managing Promotion cataloguing and execution, Analyse performance
