Executive - Medical Sales (2-10 yrs)
Designation: Key Account Manager
Location: Mumbai
Division: Nephrology/Gastro/Oncology/Diabeto
Job Responsibilities:
- To act as the bridge between the company and its key clients, understanding their unique needs, anticipating challenges, and providing personalized solutions.
- Revolve around client service, revenue growth, strategic planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Promote and sell the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets assigned to your key accounts.
- Effectively communicating the client's needs, challenges, and feedback to relevant teams, advocate for improvements and tailor solutions that enhance the client experience.
- Identify and manage potential risks within key accounts.
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Lead generation and following up on leads generated.
- Researching competitor's medications and their respective market performances.
- Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy preferably or any other field.
- Proven medical sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Persuasive and resilient.
