About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Professional to join our team at Adentech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media and advertisement sales, and a proven ability to drive revenue through client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth: Direct sales of media solutions to increase revenue by acquiring new clients.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, engage decision-makers, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Sales Meetings & Target Achievement: Attend sales meetings, develop sales strategies, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions to finalize deals successfully.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Requirements & Skills:
Mandatory: Experience in Media & Advertisement Sales (Agency background preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in media sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
Expertise in: Performance Marketing, Retainers, SEO, and Digital Advertising Sales.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with keen attention to detail.
