Job Description :

Follow up on leads generated by the company by sitting in the office mostly. Little to no field work required.

Creative cold-calling to convince people to invest with FYERS by opening an account.

Chatting with people online and meeting potential clients.

Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

Ensuring client satisfaction while opening an account.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate :

- Working directly under the core team.

- Giving feedback of customer behaviors and response to our product.

- Support in online marketing.

- Constantly learning and reporting what the end consumer wants to management.

Specific Skill Set :

- Must be a motivated individual. Must be willing to work hard and smart. Laziness and ignorance will not be tolerated.

- Must be well-spoken and have good communication skills in English and Hindi. - Must have good convincing skills. (To make people want to invest with us).

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 0 - 2 years ideally.

Annual CTC : Up to 2 lakhs.

Location(s) of Job : Bangalore.

Minimum Education Requirements : 12th Grade upto MBA. Basically commerce background with a decent understanding of business.

Work Timings: 11am to 8pm (Flexible)

Travel & Allowance: Compensated for marketing related work. Not daily travel.

Languages: Priority: English, Hindi, Any regional language.
