Role- Social Media Marketing Executive
Overview :
We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy Development :
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Research and identify target audiences, trends, and competitive insights.
Content Creation & Management :
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, and audio).
- Design and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality visuals and posts.
Community Management :
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online conversations in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor user-generated content and engage with influencers to build community relations.
Analytics & Reporting :
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and social media performance, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Use data to optimize content and campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Management :
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising and promotions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Brand Monitoring :
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and relevant conversations.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on social listening.
Stay Updated :
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience : 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Skills :
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
