Executive - Marketing & Sales - Vertical Solutions Provider (2-5 yrs)

- This company is involved in supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and doing audits and safety checks as a third party for your existing lift. - As a Marketing and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating business for the company through various sales and marketing techniques.
What you will do :
- Generating new Sales through cold calling, networking and social media
- Following up on leads for existing and new clients and ensuring existing client retention
- Setting up meetings with potential clients, presenting the product, negotiating and closing deal
- Liaising with the Accounts team for the collection of payments and following up with clients for pending payments
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Creating brand awareness using social media platforms
- Identifying ways to improve marketing and sales techniques
- Participating in exhibitions/ conferences on behalf of the company
- Resolving customer's complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Preparing and maintaining sales and marketing reports and submitting to the management at regular intervals
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Associate or similar role
- Experience in selling Industrial/Construction/Architectural products is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing performance metrics
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional decision-making and organizational skills
- Outstanding ability to communicate efficiently
- Good problem-solving and presentation skills
- Flexibility to travel occasionally
