Executive - Marketing & Sales - FMCG (1-5 yrs)
As discussed, We are looking for Jr. Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive for a company dealing with cosmetics and personal care products in Churchgate-Mumbai. ps find the details and reply if interested.
Education - B.tech/ M. tech in Cosmetic Engineering and or MBA in marketing but with some technical knowledge in cosmetics
Experience - Min. 1 year of experience in the personal care industry(No Fresher)
Job Description -
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirement and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirement :
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Team Work
Location:-Mumbai( Church gate)
