- Candidate will have to visit college and meet HOD's and Principle.
- Arrange and conduct seminars in the college.
- Explain about IBS and courses offered by them.
- Make database of the candidates during the seminars.
- Call & Follow-up on all incoming inquiries
- 50% field and 50% office job
- Calling candidates and convincing them to take up the course

Should be high on Energy, Polite, Matured, Polished, Smart & Should be able to convince
Education & Experience : Graduates with minimum 2 years experience
Shift timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Transport Facility : No Transport facility
Salary Range : 20,000/- to 23,000/- Purely depending on last drawn + experience
Weekly Off : 6 days working (Sunday off)
Work Description : Generate leads, Follow ups, Convince Students
USP : Non BPO, Day Shift, Career opportunities into Counselling and Marketing.
Rounds of Interview
Interview with Branch Manager (Check previous experience, Qualification, Age, Communication skills, Compensation, Stability)
2nd and final round with Area Manager
Documents : Educational + Identity Proof + Residential Proof + Offer Letter + Salary Proof (Bank Statement/Payslip)
