Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing/Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing and sales, particularly in the disposable tableware industry, and be experienced in working with restaurants, cafes, and other foodservice establishments.

In this role, you will help drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and effectively communicating our product offerings to potential and current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and target potential clients, primarily in the restaurant and cafe industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, cafe managers, and other decision-makers.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

2. Marketing & Brand Awareness:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our disposable tableware products to restaurants and cafes.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, online content, and product campaigns.

- Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

- Maintain a strong online presence through social media, digital marketing, and other platforms to engage with target customers.

3. Customer Support & Relationship Management:

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the product development team to improve offerings.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the disposable tableware industry or foodservice sector (restaurants/cafes).

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with disposable tableware products and trends, and the ability to speak the language of restaurant and cafe owners.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and present product information effectively.

- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with digital marketing tools a plus.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer pain points and propose solutions effectively.

- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
