We are seeking a dynamic and creative associate to join our team. This role is crucial for driving client engagement and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. The role will entail responsibility for organizing events, content creation & dissemination, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Organizing Client Relations and Events

- Ideation and execution of events for existing customers and partners

- Designing and running customer surveys

- Content/Communication Management

- Curate and manage content for blogs

- Manage all brand communication to clients, collate and manage content for social media and marketing materials.

- Propose client engagement strategies

- Reporting and Planning : Prepare various reports analyzing the effectiveness and strategizing future community engagement plans.

- Vendor Management

- Manage vendors for marketing collaterals

- Work closely with marketing agencies to ensure timely deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and graphic design tools like Canva.

- Bachelor's degree, specialization in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
