Executive - Marketing - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
- We are searching for an ambitious, experienced Real Estate Marketing Executive who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients .
- You would be responsible for overseeing the promotion of property sales on various advertising platforms, as well as formulating sales propositions and project briefings.
- As a Real Estate Marketing Executive, your role is to communicate our brand's message to potential clients while simultaneously maintaining business relations with real estate agents by sending newsletters and providing specific project updates.
- The ideal applicant should have well-rounded knowledge of the property market and current real estate schemes and marketing practices. They should also have superb project multitasking skills, as well as expertise with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Roles/Responsibilities :
Research - Government Policies relating to incentives/grants on developments of real Estate Projects, Market research
- Availability of properties, Price research, Customer base research and other marketing activities.
