Job Description:
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products/services
- Explain the product/services to potential customers
- Briefing pricing details & handle customer questions as per the situation
- Record customer details including their response to the product/service offered
- Obtain contact details of potential customers from different sources i.e internet, directories purchased lists and social networking sites
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to the advertisements
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients for Sales Staff
