Executive - Marketing - Lock Business (7-15 yrs)

Position Name - Marketing executive
Experience - 7+yrs
CTC range -7-10 Lpa (15% can be variable)
Location - MIDC Bhosari, Pune
NP - within 45 day (early the better)
Preferably from Building Material Industry (ceramics/ Doors/Cement/ sanitary...etc)
Job Description :
1. Assisting Marketing Head in planning and execution of the activities
2. In-charge and responsible for company's overall BTL (below the line). Marketing planning and execution across India
3. Identify, appoint and manage various vendors across India
4. Responsible for BTL on-ground activities, promotion and awareness across India
5. Strong CFT coordination with various departments and functions across the organisation
6. Making various SOPs for activities, training and implementation
7. Identify various effective tools for dealers and influencer awareness, engagement and connect
8. Responsible for In shop displays, In shop branding, exhibitions, meets, events etc
9. To drive the specific product, coordinate with sales team, product launch and successful roll out.
10. On time compliance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
11. Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly MIS.
12. Corporate and promotional gifting management
13. Team handling and management
