Job Description :
Designation : Executive Marketing
- We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, energetic individual with - grit- to work with the VP of Operations to support various activities which range from Sales and operations management to handling customer visits, research & engagement activities, and going beyond into CSR, brand building, interactions with external professional communities.
Qualifications and Required Work Experience :
- MBA or B.Tech graduates with 1-3 years of experience.
What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate?
- Assisting in the development of marketing plans.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prepare documents based on market research
- Assist VP in the sales process
- Draft emails /Documents
- Follow-up with cross-functional teams to ensure the closure of action items
What is the expectation from the candidate's current role/profile?
- Should be able to do Market Research/Document research (as required).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent teamwork
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- IT savviness to automate/ manage tasks utilizing available IT resources
- Maintain Discretion and Confidentiality
- Complete adherence to Kimball ethics and code of conduct policies
- Willing to travel based on business needs
- Represent Guiding Principles
