Executive - Marketing - IT (1-2 yrs)
About the Role
We are looking for an all-rounder sort of a person who can help redefine our digital presence across channels. Someone who can design and execute strategies as per the goals of the organization, single handedly. Core expertise - SEO/Website Management, Email Marketing and Social Media. You should be able to take care of the design and content aspects as well on the fly and on need basis - though we have separate team for design and content but you should be able to handle basic needs on your own as well as share the right requirement with the design/content team.
About the Job Role :
- Craft end-to-end Strategy for building Digital Footprint of SoluLab.com
- Get into Hands-on Execution - all fronts
- Build the Marketing layer around the core SoluLab services (B2B)
- Involve in crafting and executing focused marketing initiatives for Key Accounts and hence boost lead generation.
Who will (will not) fit in :
- Someone who is willing to handle end-to-end digital lead generation initiatives.
- If you have experience handling paid media only, this job will not be suitable for you.
- Prior experience in digital marketing.
- Must have utilized unpaid marketing channels to foster lead generation.
- Experience in setting-up the Digital presence from scratch.
- Understanding of Sales Function.
- Excellent grip and belief in organic growth.
- Running knowledge of Growth hacking strategies.
- Great team player.
- 1 to 2 years experience.
