Executive - Marketing - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Generate and qualify leads, converting prospects into clients.
- Identify potential clients through networking, online research, and referrals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Prepare and submit proposals and contracts to clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and outcomes.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring results and managing projects effectively.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to solve marketing challenges.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
