Executive - Marketing - Hotel (5-10 yrs)
- Promoting the brand through different advertising methods/social media/by participating in different events/trade shows and exhibitions.
- Expanding the new business by adding more corporate clients and travel agents throughout Pondicherry, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
- Solicits new and existing accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals; including, but not limited to, telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, written communication.
- Closely watching the competition and market trend for planning the new strategies for business expansion.
- Responsible for preparation of business contracts
- Achieving monthly and yearly sales target and focusing on the stretched targets
- Conducting daily sales calls and arranging the inspection of corporate clients
- Providing best quality services to clients to retain the business.
- Close coordination with front office and operation department for a smooth execution of the inquiry and stay experience of the client.
- Follow the turnaround time in responding to client queries.
- Daily monitoring of reviews/feedback given by the client on different websites and responding to their experiences.
1. Any graduate/postgraduate
2. Minimum 4 years of experience of marketing in hotel industry
3. A hands-on exposure of complete operations and process of hotel industry
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Excellent in verbal and written communication
6. Local language will be an added advantage.
