Job Description:
- Being a part of Marketing team, the candidate is expected to drive growth & loyalty for Milkbasket. Primary role is owning the Customer journey, and hence nudging the users to try out Milkbasket, become paid customers.
- Must go beyond the call of duty and take complete ownership of projects. Candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. He/she must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in paid customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Calling registered customers and converting them to become paid customers by explaining the benefits of Milkbasket's products and services.
2. Responsible for achieving monthly paid customer target.
3. Maintaining various reports related to customers.
Requirements:
1. Relevant experience of 0.5 to 2 years is desired.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills.
3. Highly patient, self motivated and ability to work under pressure.
4. Should be a team player
5. Self-starter, an ability to work in a fast growing, challenging start-up work space
Shift timing- 10 am to 7 pm (which can be modified as & when the need arises)
