Executive - Marketing - Energy Services (2-4 yrs)

Key Result Areas
- Proper on-ground execution of on-shop Visibility at various touch points.
- Maintain complete track of POSM material.
- Supporting the Branch to achieve sales target.
- All BTL activities to be coordinated at branch level end to end.
- Oneself initiative per quarter which will be talk of the town.
- Ensuring visibility on Top UM- s
- Adequate utilization of POSM material.
Timely execution of field activities e.g.: control on leads generation thru various activities.
Educational qualifications, Experience :
- Compensation Structure-1.62 Fixed+36k variable+36k conveyance+6k mobile bill
- Graduation Mandatory (PG) Preferred MBA in marketing
Min Experience :
Relevant Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in rural BTL marketing
Skills required :
- Proficient in computer- Microsoft office
- Willing to be based at Area Office locations;
- Extensive knowledge of the designated geography, consumer behaviour and marketing opportunities
