Job Description :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and spearhead the marketing efforts for our courses and training programs targeting colleges and institutes across India. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to effectively promote our offerings and drive enrollment growth.
Responsibilities :
Develop Marketing Strategy : Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote our courses and training programs to colleges and institutes across India.
Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
Content Creation : Create engaging and persuasive marketing content including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content tailored to resonate with college students, faculty, and administrators.
Digital Marketing : Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and content marketing to reach and engage with the target audience effectively.
Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including college administrators, faculty members, student bodies, and relevant associations to foster partnerships and collaborations.
Event Management : Plan and execute events such as seminars, workshops, webinars, and college fairs to showcase our courses and training programs and generate leads.
Lead Generation : Implement lead generation strategies to drive inquiries and applications from interested colleges and institutes, and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into enrollments.
Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with necessary marketing collateral and support to facilitate the conversion of leads into paying customers.
Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources optimally to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within budgetary constraints.
Performance Analysis : Track and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative marketing strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within India for client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
