Key Responsibilities :

1. Contribution to Marketing Campaigns: You'll be an essential part of our marketing campaigns, helping us reach our target audience effectively.

2. Market Research : Conduct in-depth research and analyze data to identify and define our audience, ensuring our marketing efforts are laser-focused.

3. Offline Marketing Campaigns : Manage and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote our educational offerings.

4. Daily Reporting : Maintain open communication by reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager on a daily basis, ensuring transparency in our operations.

5. Expense Reporting : You will be responsible for keeping meticulous records of expenses, ensuring financial accountability.

6. Performance Management : Contribute to managing the production and performance aspects of our marketing campaigns to achieve outstanding results.

Compensation and Benefits :

- Expected Salary : Competitive remuneration ranging from 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA, commensurate with your skills and experience.

- Medical Insurance and Welcome Package : Candidates are required to contribute Rs. 3,000 towards their medical insurance and welcome package. Rest assured, this investment will be returned to you after successfully completing a three-month probation period.
