Job Description :
Marketing Executive Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepares list of all the Engineering colleges zone/locality wise for promoting academy activities.
- Visit colleges and participate in academy marketing activities.
- Be a vital force in the creation and distribution of all varieties of marketing materials across target areas.
- Conducting effective market research; competitive intelligence, identifying market gaps.
- Implement and execute promotional campaigns to nurture leads and increase sales.
- Prepare and update contact information of all the engineering colleges for future use and records purpose.
- Organising public relations events or product exhibitions.
- Implement, analyse, and perform all the required marketing activities for brand promotion.
- Help in organizing/scheduling seminar dates for students across the engineering colleges.
- Prepare a daily report of number of colleges visited and seminars conducted (if any) with details and share it with Reporting Manager.
- Responsible for meeting daily, weekly and monthly assigned targets.
- Responsible for arrangement of seminar kits(banners, pamphlets, placards etc.) during seminars.
- Responsible for executing of ACE campaigns online (social media), colleges etc.
- Responsible for maintaining database of entire marketing team with number of colleges visited, seminars conducted as per day, week, month and year.
- Responsible for maintaining database of seminars conducted.
- Should be focused, self-motivated marketer with creative and commercial flair who will bring marketing strategies to life.
- Should be passionate about implementing marketing tactics, that thrives on delivering exciting campaigns and content beneficial for the academy.
- Should be adaptable with good team work skills and communication.
