Executive - Marketing - Building Material (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Liaison between Management and Sales: Act as a bridge of communication and collaboration between the sales team and the management, ensuring that objectives and strategies are aligned.
- Gather Sales Team Requirements: Work closely with the sales team to understand their marketing requirements, including promotional materials, campaigns, and support needed to achieve sales targets.
- Marketing Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to support the sales team's efforts and overall company goals.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the content and materials produced align with the sales team's needs and requirements.
- Data and Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to sales and marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, documents, and presentations to communicate key insights, strategies, and outcomes to the management team.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to contribute to informed decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the construction or steel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
