Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MBA in Marketing to develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing techniques, combined with analytical skills and leadership experience to support business objectives and enhance the company's market position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company's overall business objectives.

- Identify market opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and recommend actionable strategies to drive growth.

- Utilize market segmentation, target audience analysis, and consumer behaviour data to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Conduct market research and data analysis to gain insights into customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Leverage data-driven insights to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and overall marketing strategy.

- Create detailed reports and present findings to senior management to inform business decisions.

- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with customer needs and business goals.

- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution, product launches, and promotions.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA with a focus on Marketing, or equivalent business experience.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

- Creative thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
