Job Description : 

1) Increase business revenue from developing new client base and servicing current accounts with a growth plan

2) New client acquisition & new business development from existing clients

3) Strategy and defining the commercials for the property

4) Advising new creative ideas of branding, planning the entire structure for advertisers so that the maximum mileage to the brand is acquired and structuring commercial transaction

5) In-charge of supervision of marketing operations and execution of activations

6) Acquire sponsorship for the mall

7) Prepare budget reports of the financial year

Role Requirement : 

1) This resource would be looking after SOH (Space on hire) in the mall + Would be responsible to sell out Mall Promotional areas (Internal + External) to brands + Hoardings + Signages.

2) For sure has to have a very good command in English as the resource would be required to interact with brands.

3) Has to have good sales acumen .Loads of selling to generate revenue for the mall.

4) This position would directly be reporting to Marketing Head + Head of the Centre.

5) Age Criteria : 25 to 30 years. Need a young candidate.

7) Preferably from Pune. Need to know the local market well.

8) Need someone who has the ready data of clients from Retail + Corporates + Builders.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

Other qualifications required :

1) Language proficiency (English, Hindi, Marathi would be an added advantage)

2) MS Office

3) Age Criteria : 25 to 30 years. Need a young candidate.

UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
