Executive - Marketing (3-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute the Company-Level Marketing Strategy : Implement and monitor the company's marketing strategy, working closely with the Marketing Team and other key stakeholders.
2. Manage Social Media Plan : Create, execute, and manage an ongoing social media strategy. Develop a content calendar and ensure timely and engaging content is posted regularly.
3. Coordinate Design and Development : Work with our design and development teams to manage projects effectively, ensuring high-quality results within set deadlines.
4. Create Rich Content : Develop compelling and engaging content across all marketing and brand touch-points to attract and retain customers.
5. Data-Driven Strategies : Use analytics and data to develop marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness.
6. Customer-First Approach : Maintain a customer-centric focus in all activities to ensure the best possible customer experience and engagement.
7. Campaign Optimization : Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns for better performance.
8. Initiate New Projects : Under the guidance of the Marketing Team, initiate and manage new marketing projects and initiatives.
9. Event Coordination : Organize and coordinate physical customer events, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for attendees.
