Executive - Marketing (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet company objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and manage promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Campaign Management : Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

- Content Creation : Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging and relevant content for marketing campaigns, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertisements.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies, and apply findings to improve marketing efforts.

- Digital Marketing : Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media platforms.

- Brand Management : Ensure consistency in the brand's messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

- Event Coordination : Plan and execute marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.

- Budget Management : Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring that budgets are met and ROI is maximized.

- Customer Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders through regular communication and targeted marketing efforts.

- Performance Analysis : Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and prepare reports to present to senior management.

- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience : 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related role.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- Certification in digital marketing or relevant tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).
