Executive - Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Marketing Executive
Main Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive :
- Work closely with the marketing manager and push out compelling and engaging content.
- Work closely with other teams like the HR and Sales team to understand their requirements and deliver necessary content for both internal and external campaigns.
- Coordinating and executing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels, including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Regularly monitoring user analytics and use these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.

- Strong Content Development and Designing skills - Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Search Engine Optimization (#SEO) - On-page/Off-page, Technical, & Local SEO
- Website Management (Should have experience in managing website CMS systems)

Educational qualifications :
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 2-3 years prior experience in a similar marketing role preferably from an MNC/Corporate or Marketing Agency background.
- You have a good knowledge and a strong grasp on various aspects of content development, design principals, digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
- You have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- You are a creative thinker and problem solver.
- You are proactive and thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
