Executive - Marketing (2-5 yrs)
We are looking Marketing Executive only for Female Candidates
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns targeted towards the US market, specifically in BFSI or Healthcare industries
- Create a pool of market qualified leads for revenue generation
- Work closely with the vendor marketing and sales teams to align efforts and drive revenue
- Execute and drive inbound and outbound campaigns to create a feedstock for the sales team
- Create the brand name, identity, definitive designs, and effective communication plans
- Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives, including PPC, email campaigns, events, webinars, podcasts, and website updates
- Work with media agencies in India and the US for product launches and advertising generating media coverage/Advertising Value
- Provide direction in creating brand guidelines, including various brand assets and sales collaterals across the product line, key visuals, definitive designs for the website, and digital and social media communication
- Manage SEO to drive monthly progress
- Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and solution delivery, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
Requirements and Skills :
- 2-3 years of experience in demand generation and B2B enterprise marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs
- Deep understanding of the US market and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Experience in driving strategic marketing initiatives in the North American market
- Thorough understanding of B2B marketing and proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certified
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
