Executive - Marketing (2-3 yrs)
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.
- They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Be really good in research & analysis of various marketing channels in different industries
- Be good with google search & chatGPT
- Should be able to find sound information & form opinion on alien topics within days
- Extrovert in reaching out to relevant people on different social media channels
- Ability to research industries and identify product market fit.
- Need to understand the marketing cycle in terms of Opportunity / Identity needs of customers / Proposal / Support / Follow up with the customer.
- Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals.
- Managing social media and create reels for / by-engaging-with right target audience and trends
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Prepare positioning documents for various channels
- Communicate and formalize strategy with stakeholders and take them into action
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
