Executive - Marketing (2-3 yrs)
- To manage day-to-day activities related to marketing efforts, including creative development & cross- functional implementation
- Coordinate with various internal departments to collate all necessary information related to the projects and assist in developing project collaterals
- Marketing collaterals - inventory management
- Executing & maintaining Site Brandings on regular basis
- Events Coordination - Support to marketing team for all on-ground execution of events.
- Vendor management - Identifying suitable vendors, managing turnaround times, and quality of work, negotiating contracts, managing relationships, assigning jobs, evaluating performance & managing invoicing & payments for the department.
- Coordinating with various marketing agencies, media houses and vendors for various marketing requirements and for monthly deliverables
- Support sales teams for any marketing related requirements
- Interface with Social Media/Marketing Agencies
- Interact with various departments and sales team on day to day basis.
