Executive - Marketing (2-14 yrs)
- Develop and implement BTL and ATL strategies to drive growth in Chennai
- Identify and execute creative and innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for the production of marketing collaterals, including print, outdoor, and radio ads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Develop relationships with local media outlets and influencers to maximize exposure for the brand
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and SEO, to complement offline efforts
- Create engaging and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including ads, brochures, and website content
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand guidelines and messaging
