Executive - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Execution of Marketing Plan :
- Establishing strong inter-departmental coordination among Sales, Design, Accounts, and Procurement teams.
- Ensuring the flawless execution of on-ground design requirements for various projects.
- Meeting all stated time commitments in different forums such as MIS and other reviews.
- Ensuring timely completion of all presentations for review purposes.
Customer Experience :
- Sourcing vendors for new and improved touchpoints to enhance the customer journey.
- Brainstorming and executing approved concepts for customer interactions.
- Executing all collaterals required for project launches within the specified timelines.
- Executing all customer-facing collaterals for live projects as per specified timelines.
- Coordination, negotiation and relationship management for all vendors onboarded.
Branding and Communication :
- Coordinating with vendors for social media content, generating grid ideas, and ensuring timely delivery of all information.
- Planning and scheduling all social media and content shoots on a monthly basis.
- Managing events, including conceptualization, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision.
- In-house creation of all basic client-facing documents and collaterals.
- Support for SEO and Website Maintenance via blogs, site surveillance and coordination with agencies for timely uploading of relevant data.
