Executive - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, emails, social media, advertising, and events.
- Help plan and coordinate company events, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, case studies, eBooks, and social media posts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to build, manage, and update creatives, promotional materials, presentations, videos, and collateral.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, partnerships, and customer success teams, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights and build/adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with partner and customer teams to identify, build, and execute co-promotional campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Profile :
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA).
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the enterprise software development industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Skilled in conducting thorough market and competitive research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation software, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
