Executive - Marketing (0-4 yrs)
Crazibrain IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to drive our marketing initiatives, focusing on Public Relations (PR), B2B Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, and Content Development. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, fostering client relationships, and generating high-quality leads through strategic marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations (PR):
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, and influencers.
- Prepare press releases, case studies, and media kits for product launches and company events.
- Monitor and manage brand mentions and online reputation.
B2B Marketing:
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and retain existing ones.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion for IT services and solutions.
- Create compelling sales collateral, including pitch decks, brochures, and whitepapers.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
LinkedIn Marketing:
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence by curating engaging and relevant content.
- Run targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Build and engage with professional communities and drive discussions on IT solutions.
- Track LinkedIn metrics and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and reach.
Content Development:
- Develop high-quality content for blogs, articles, case studies, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing infographics and social media posts.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and enhance online visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of PR and B2B marketing principles.
- Expertise in LinkedIn marketing and familiarity with other social media platforms.
- Exceptional content writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, or equivalents.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
