Roles and responsibility :
Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Sales & Lead Generation : Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introduce products or services, and identify sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement : Engage customers to build rapport, understand their needs, and - present tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Sales Conversion : Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Telemarketing Campaigns : Execute marketing campaigns through phone calls, promoting new products or offers and gathering feedback.
- Database Management : Maintain and update customer records, track interactions, and manage follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product features, benefits, and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales performance, call statistics, and feedback to the team leader or management.
