Executive/Manager - Sales - Tissues/Paper (5-10 yrs)
Explore and Identify new avenues and strategize for new market development & channel expansion.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Develop the Network and Manage the Performance of the distributors & channels for the achievement of the targets.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Team management and development to drive them towards the achievement of the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Manage the performance of and ensure efficient and effective Key Account Management
Competencies :
- Seasoned Sales professional preferably in the paper cup/Tissue manufacturing.
- Excellent People Management and Relationship Skills.
- Good managerial skills with leadership capabilities.
- Interpersonal and networking capabilities.
Top 3 Mandatory Skills:
- Corporate sales experience is a MUST
- Experience in sales & Marketing - Tissues/paper cup/corporate sales/stationary or any similar sector.
- Look for candidates who have done hard core selling of products and not services.
