Executive/Manager - Sales Support (4-6 yrs)

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves managing client interactions, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries, while also assisting the sales team in achieving targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Interaction & Communication :

- Act as a point of contact between the sales team and clients, answering queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely manner.

- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.

Order Processing & Management :

- Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.

- Monitor the status of orders, track shipments, and handle logistics coordination when needed.

- Manage product returns, replacements, and customer complaints in a professional manner.

Sales Team Support :

- Assist the sales team with lead generation activities and CRM data entry.

- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure efficient workflow.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to support the sales team's planning and strategy.

Administrative Support :

- Maintain an organized filing system for customer records, contracts, and invoices.

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calls for the sales team.

- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, purchase orders, and account management.

Relationship Management :

- Foster positive relationships with clients and partners, contributing to long-term business growth.

- Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to close sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Organization : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Problem-Solving : Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues promptly.

- Team Player : Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and support colleagues in achieving sales goals.
