Executive/Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Make presentations and pitches to customers
- Pitch the product to the leads for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Research new markets and target segments
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned project
- Always be Customer-centric in approach
- To arrange for site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
- Should have good communication skill
- Positive attitude for meeting new people
- Negotiating with customers.
- Maintaining good relationship with customers pre and post sales.
- Able to convince clients/customers
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, result-oriented and dedicated to customer success
- Self-starter, Fast learner, Organized and Highly motivated
- Ability to travel as and when required
- Should have a valid Driving License and a Two Wheeler
- Should know English, and Hindi/ Kannada
