We are hiring for Sales Manager-Real estate Industry for Gurgaon Location.
Position : Presales /Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Experience : 1- 2 years (Real Estate only)

Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to target potential buyers and sellers.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding property listings, market trends, and property values.
Property Presentation and Showings :
- Showcase properties to potential buyers through open houses, private showings, and virtual tours.
- Highlight property features and benefits to match client requirements.
Negotiation and Closing :
- Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers and sellers to facilitate successful property transactions.
- Prepare and present offers, ensuring a smooth closing process for all parties involved.
- Set and achieve sales targets as outlined by the company.
- Regularly update sales pipelines and report on progress to the management team.
