Executive/Manager - Sales - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities in the real estate industry. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA.

Qualifications
Requirement:
1. Sales Manager having min 3 years experience of sales in real estate
2. Sales Executive having min 1 year experience of sales in real estate
Should be able to deliver under pressure, in an open environment and a no walls office.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Customer focused: Should have an ability to engage the customers and partner to ramp up business support at the same time being able to deliver value.
Job Knowledge - Good understanding of customer profile, markets and products and good networking skills.
Understands the importance of deadlines, proactively remove roadblocks and deliver as per requirement.
